As part of your membership, you will have the opportunity to benefit from and contribute to the discussion on Talent Maximization policy development through a handful of member-only activities. Your input is vital to the success of a holistic outlook on this topic.
We invite our members to join at least one of the five working groups that meet throughout the year focused on talent maximization strategies/resources and IDAC organizational input.
We gather all asset management representatives as equal participants for roundtable discussions to crowd-source contributions toward the common goal of increasing diversity in our industry.
In addition to the benefits we provide to our members, we offer opportunities for our member organizations to become leaders in shaping the future of IDAC and its mission.
